Choose a Track That Best Fits Your Needs: Standard or Weight Loss
Standard Challenge
All of the tracks including the Standard are based on delicious, nutrient dense, whole foods and eliminate the top food allergens along with the common causes of inflammation including sugar, alcohol and caffeine. Most people will lose some weight on this track.

Weight Loss
Most participants lose weight on the Standard program; however, the weight loss track is based on the latest weight loss science and includes Dr. Sara Gottfried’s Hormone Resets. The menu is lower in carbohydrates, higher in protein and fiber and includes other weight loss tips and education.
