Lori has been practicing and studying yoga for more than 30 years. Her classes are designed to facilitate body awareness, strength, balance and overall well-being. Emphasis on alignment and adapting to asymmetry in the body, occurring naturally and through injury, is inspired through yoga and PRI repositioning techniques and concepts. The yoga and PRI training come together in her classes to move students to a better state of well-being through greater awareness of body, breath and mind.
